Skyline

 SKYLINE

Skyline is a SFF (small form factor) computer enclosure with a uni-body frame and RGB LED grill.

With this design, I wanted to create something that stood out without being gaudy. The clean exterior is achieved by a seamless 3D-printed uni-body that hides all fasteners at the rear. The bright red grill is the main attention piece and diffuses the LED light when the front panel is illuminated. The lighting is controlled with an Arduino that connects to an internal USB port on the motherboard.

The interior layout uses the popular “sandwich” configuration where the motherboard and GPU lay back to back, facing opposite directions. This design allows for unobstructed airflow and good space efficiency. All case parts were 3D-printed, wet sanded, and painted with automotive colors. The case is assembled using my threaded case cubes and heat-set inserts.
